We have been in continuous communication with the Spanish team for the past two days.
We as Designers are building the 3D model so that our Clients can understand its components and how we envisage it to be used.

Team 03, it is your Clients who need to test the design with the users in Spain. So it is them who need to build the model and evaluate it with the users.
It is also your Clients who need to make the promotional video.
