The more detailed description of the concept

The goal of the game.

This game serves as an assistant for planning a trip. The game was made for a couple or for a group of friends. Since the interests and personal preferences of all participants of the trip may be different, the game will help to find a compromise and make the trip interesting for everyone.

Rules of the game.

Maximum number of players: 4

When assembling the playing field, which consists of three layers, players will have to place the walls of the “invisible maze” on the second layer of the game. This can be done randomly. After the layer with the “invisible walls” is covered with the final layer, the playing field should be rotated so that participants cannot restore the maze plan from memory.

It is necessary to place chips with goals on the cells of the upper field. This can be done randomly or according to one of the plans that will be offered in the instructions.

Each game figure is located at the corners of the playing field. It can walk forward, backward and sideways. If, when moving the figure through the cells, you come across an “invisible wall, the magnet under the field falls and you have to return to the previous cell.

The player who gets to the chip with the goal first wins the round. The picture on the chip is responsible for the theme of the round. The topic will be spelled out in the instructions. Thus, the winner of the round makes a choice on the topic of this round (for example: rest will be active or quiet, live in a hotel or in a private apartment, etc.). Thus, by the end of the game, a list of criteria from each participant will be collected, from which the final trip will eventually be formed.

After all the chips on the field are collected and the players will have a list of criteria for the trip, they will need to be registered in the table attached to the game. Moving from point to point in this table, participants will receive a list of places to travel that will meet their set of criteria.

Additional features

The game can provide two additional decks of cards: cards with tasks and cards with rewards. If a player stumbles upon an invisible wall and his magnet falls, he is invited to complete a task from a deck of cards at will. If he completes it correctly, he gets a reward card. He can use this award himself or try to exchange it with the winner of the previous round if he wants to change one of the criteria for a future trip.

A QR code with a link to the resort’s website can be attached to each place. In this case, the game should have an update every six months in the form of a table of QR codes so that the links remain relevant. To update the list of links, you do not need to buy a new game set. It is enough to download a new table of QR codes.
