Hi! First of all we wanted to say that all the solutions are really nice, and we loved to see how you dived deep into our culture. These are only some feedbacks so we can work on the very best!
- Family Cooking Class
Although we liked the ideia we believe it would be hard to implement for two reasons. First, we can’t really access each family and ensure it is explained to them. It is a rather complex idea and maybe not possible to evaluate as a solution. Also, we are afraid that the combination of someone older with a younger, without any supervision, might cause harm, since some grandchildren are way too little to be cooking. - Helping Kit
Thew kit is an amazing idea, and can be really helpful for those who are blind or have limited visions. However, the Churrasco is not a precise form of cooking, and it really depends on the hability of the cook, so the “Tons of Churrasco” couldn’t be aplied in this case, after all each meat, temperature and style results in a differente color combination. The “Smart Thermomether” is great. We liked it and believe it is a helpful design. But even thought it is a viable and well thought solution, we believe it is not directly helpful for our public: the elderly. It should help the blind, and even those people who are not so familiar with the art of Churrasco. But when we think of the elderly, and the dificulties they face, the main problem of the culinary is not the meat itself, but all the preparation it includes. - Churrasco Stories
Our favorite! We think this is a fun and practical way of including the elders in the preparation of Churrasco. Not only can they share their recipes and secrets with their family, but also be part of the culture for those who don’t have a family and might face some dificulties with the cooking. A tip: Expand a little the idea and include other traditional recipes and let them talk about the culture of their house, because each family has each on. - Colors of Churrasco
It is a inovative idea, but we don’t think it solves our problem. The hardest part of the churrasco is not putting the skewer onto the fire, but rather preparing the meat and making the fire itself. So although the color idea ir great to help with the blindness, the solution becomes kind of usefull. Maybe by adapting it we could work with the colors, perhaps changing where the color is at.
Thanks again! Looking forward to seeing the final solution.
