Hi Erik, at the beginning, our banner was based on a common passion of ours, sports; in our group we have tennis teachers, amateur basketball, volleyball and darts players.
Once we noticed, however, that as much as it belonged to us, the theme of the banner deviated from both our team brief and that of Team 4, we wanted to customise it by giving it something from both projects as a theme.
For the name we were inspired by the ‘Silver Snipers’, a Counterstrike team where the youngest member is 62 years old, and the oldest is 81.
