Thank you DeWang Gue for sharing your team’s Client Project Brief.
Although you have based it on your grandma I have no sense of who she is, and thus I have not understanding of the user, which means that the designers have not chance to conduct User Centred Design. I am told that User Centred Design approach is suppose to be the key in your degree program.
Where is the pain? What muscles are affected? What has the doctor recommended?
What products exist on the market in China to rectify this problem? What is their cost?
Does your grandma use any of these products?
After what specific activity does the pain increase?
I am looking forward to your revised Client Project Brief, Erik
Professor, this is our new plan. According to your guidance and our private research report, would you please see if there is anything that needs to be corrected?
It includes adjustable mops that can change the length of the handle and flexible mops for cleaning corners, which cost between 20 and 50 yuan. Sweeping robots can also be used, and the price is between 1,000 yuan and 4,000 yuan, and the lower-priced sweeping robots have fewer functions than the higher-priced ones.
Hi! Thank you for your brief! Would you please be so kind to help my students working on it by answering some of their questions regarding your brief:
1. Can you please share real fotos from your grandparents houses, what does it looks like? We want to know better about the everyday lives of people in your country. How old are your grandparents, do they still work? Do they live in the city or in the suburban area? What do they do during the day, what brings joy to their daily routine?
2. What therapeutic devices from arthritis are mentioned in your brief, how does they work? Does your grandparents use them?
3. Do you want your designers to make a combination of mop and therapeutic device?
4. What are the requirements for design and appearance of this device, what materials should be used?
Thank you!
You have not answered my question. Can you please try again?
Also you have not answered Tatiana Semichevskaya questions posted 5 days ago! Why are you ignoring her?

Hi DeWang Guo, I still do not get sense about the user. Where does she live? What are her daily activities?
What is the problem with the items she is currently using?
It’s the mop you see in the picture. Most cleaning tools are still ordinary mops that require you to use your waist and arms to clean the floor.
DeWang Guo, are there are products which do not require this?
Erik
My grandmother lives in a low-income neighborhood and she often goes for walks in the park and chats with other elderly people.
In my above comment I have asked:
What products exist on the market in China to rectify this problem? What is their cost?
Your team failed to address this and other questions I have asked.
Erik

What sort of housework does she do? How often?
General household chores include sweeping, mopping, and wiping tables, which are cleaned every two to three days.
So is the pain she has due to doing the housework?
Yes, I feel tired after cleaning
Is it your grandmother in the photo?
Are the images you of the products from your grandmother’s house?
Why does she has three mops and three broomsticks?
This is the mop that most families use. My grandmother and my roommate’s grandparents also use it
