I am from Zibo City, Shandong Province, and I studied at Shandong University of Art &Design.

Next, let me introduce you to my hometown – Zibo. It is an inland city located in eastern China. My hometown is famous for its beauty and food.


For example, one of the eight major cuisines of China – Shandong cuisine. Boshan District, Zibo City, Shandong Province is the birthplace of Shandong cuisine. Since the pre-Qin period, Boshan has been a place that is good at cooking, and to this day, there is still such a saying in the local area, “every family has half a knife, and the city is full of fragrant dishes”, which shows how deeply rooted Boshan’s culinary career is in the hearts of the people. For a long time, Boshan cuisine has been like a secret treasure of Shandong people. Boshan crispy pot, Boshan tofu box, Boshan fried meat, Boshan meatballs and other dishes have all been reported on CCTV. Boshan crispy pot is only favored by Boshan people. Cabbage, kelp, fish, tofu…… Simmer for seven or eight hours, sweet and sour taste, dig a plate after cooling, make people appetite, with a crisp pot, there is a taste of the New Year. Boshan fried meat has become a famous part of Boshan cuisine because of its fresh and crispy flavor, the meat section is brown and fragrant, and it is fragrant and oily, but not greasy; The skin is crispy, the middle is crispy, and the inside is soft and glutinous, pliable and sweet.

There are many delicious things in Zibo. I don’t know if you’ve heard of Zibo barbecue. Once upon a time, many people came from all over the world for Zibo barbecue. To eat Zibo barbecue, there must be a double-layer small charcoal stove on the table. The soul of Zibo barbecue is a small cake that looks ordinary. Pick up a small cake, dip it in sesame salt, roll it into a skewer, add a shallot. This is an important step.
Of course, in addition to the food, the beautiful scenery of Zibo is as intoxicating as our great rivers and mountains in China, and as for how enjoyable it is, you still need to experience it yourself! You see! This is a landmark building in Zibo, it looks like a tower, but in fact, its core is a bookstore, known as “the most beautiful bookstore in China” Zhongshu Bookstore. The Haidai Building, Zhongshu Bookstorein the design layout into the ancient capital of Qi, ceramic glaze, natural cave and many other Zibo elements, the unique Qi cultural characteristics are quite eye-catching – the entrance of the front hall on the first floor, a U-shaped bookshelf wall on both sides, covered with tiles, although it is decorative, but let the modern space full of antiquity.
