CALL RECAP – Team Sailor Moon & Team Mosaico

Team Sailor Moon → Team Mosaico We presented our project explaining how the idea was born and our approach to solving the problem. We shared some interesting references, such as the Disneyland Paris case where waiting lines have been gamified (examples: Star Wars and Toy Story).During the discussion, the topic of elderly people’s frustration in waiting lines came up. The Brazilian girls told us that in Brazil they use TVs with soap operas to help pass the time while waiting. We reflected together on some key aspects:• The product doesn’t necessarily have to be digital, it can also be physical• The goal should be to create emotion, rather than just a simple functional productThe girls (Visual Designers!) will work over the next few days to send us their ideas. Team Mosaico → Team Sailor MoonThe Brazilian team presented their project: making music more accessible to elderly people, with particular attention to accessibility. For them too, the principle applies that the product can be either digital or physical. We shared our roadmaps to align timing and working methods. We committed to sending them 3 ideas by Wednesday to develop the project.

Alessandra Sarnella

Hi, I’m Alessandra a 24 years old student from Naples.I’m graduated in Communication at the University of Bologna, where I lived for three and a half years.During the day, I work as a Social Media Manager, handling the digital communication aspects of the small businesses I collaborate with. I’m a creative person, which is why I decided to take part in the Global Studio project.I love photography and tattoos as forms of artistic expression in fact, I learned to tattoo on my own, and now most of the tattoos I have were done by me, even though I’m not really good at drawing. I’m also really into music, so I learned to play ukulele and guitar, and I love going to concerts and listening to live music. Furthermore, I’ve been practicing yoga for about a year, which helps me stay active and relieve stress šŸ§˜šŸ»ā€ā™€ļø In my free time, I enjoy walking in nature because I really love animals. I have a dog named Birba and a cat named Milla (I love taking funny photos of my animals). I also like spending time on my passions, which include hand-made activities such as creating objects, crocheting, painting, and baking cakes. In the future, I’d like to move somewhere new and find a job that truly inspires me and that I’m passionate about.
