Feedback to Team 26

Dear Team26, We are delighted to receive your pillbox design concept! Your idea of softening the cold, clinical feel of traditional pillboxes is excellent. However, we have a few detailed suggestions to enhance its practicality for elderly users. Due to the elderly’s medical conditions, they often need to take a large number of medications. It is crucial to clearly allocate the types and quantities of drugs for each dose, allowing them to take the correct medications directly and avoiding incorrect intake. The "check-in" mechanism is particularly well-designed—it helps the elderly gain a sense of accomplishment and thereby reduces their fear of medication. Additionally, since the elderly need to take medication three times a day, the design should include clear guidance to indicate the order of administration. While the coldness of the pillbox has been successfully mitigated, the medication-taking process for the elderly still needs further refinement to be more intuitive and user-friendly. We look forward to your revised design concept! Please feel free to reach out if you need any further clarification or discussion. Best regards,Team 8
