Hi Team AFO, I am Ceren from Team De’Significant. Found your design very mindful and caring ๐
Hi,
thank you so much for sharing your feedback on our work. We really appreciate it. This topic is very important to us because sport is life โ not only for the body, but especially for the mind.
With our project, our goal is to bring elderly people closer to sport, making sure that age is not a limitation but rather a new chapter in life where they can take care of themselves, dedicate time to their well-being, stay healthy, and enjoy meaningful social interactions.
We want to encourage an activity that is both physical and social, helping people stay active while also connecting with others in their community.
Thanks again for your support and collaboration!
Hi Ceren,
thank you so much! We really appreciate your kind words โ it means a lot coming from your team. ๐ Weโre excited to keep sharing ideas and learning from each other!
Hi team,
Weโre excited about the SmartPill Origami design! Itโs creative and practical, and we have a few suggestions to make it even better:
Size & Portability: Could you let us know the exact dimensions of the current design? Also, is it designed for home use only, for travel, or to balance both scenarios? If possible, could we slightly reduce the overall size? This would make it more portable for elderly users like Ms. Wen to carry when going out.
Aesthetic Upgrade: Adding soft, warm colors (instead of bright tones) might feel more friendly for older people; simple patterns (like small flowers) could also make it look nicer.
Label Durability: Since itโs made of cardboard, maybe cover the labels with clear tape? This will prevent them from fading or getting damaged when touched frequently.
Closing Stability: If we use stronger magnets (or add a small elastic band), the modules wonโt accidentally open when being moved.
Grip Improvement: Adding a textured surface on the module lids will make it easier for users with weak hand strength to open them.
We believe these tweaks will enhance the user experience significantly. Letโs keep the collaboration going!
Hi team,
thanks a lot for your helpful suggestions โ theyโre all very on point. Weโll check the exact dimensions and explore reducing the size to make it easier to carry around. We also agree that softer colors, more durable labels, a stronger closing system, and better grip would greatly improve usability.
Weโll keep your feedback in mind as we refine the prototype โ thanks again for the collaboration!
Sure, we have carefully read your suggestions and have worked to try to meet your needs and preferences. For this reason, you can see on the blog a new post with a PDF containing instructions to best assist you in developing your concept.
Fortunatina thank you for sharing your Design Team 25 design solutions.
I like how you personalised the design solution.
So that your document can stand alone, it would have been useful to include your Deisign Team’s Logo and date the you have developed the design concepts.

Thank you so much, Iโm really glad you appreciated the work I did. Should I make any changes, or should I leave the post as it is?
Googmorning, the “SmartPill origami” organizer is an excellent, modular and low-cost medication management solution for users like Mrs. Wen. It leverages both tactility and visual clarity: the user opens the correct color-coded module to take their dose (morning, lunch, evening), providing a clear sense of completion through physical interaction. The option to use icons or symbols simplifies identification , and its low cost (around โฌ12) due to inexpensive materials like cardboard and markers ensures accessibility. It is a creative and practical solution that intuitively simplifies the complex organization of medications.
