My name is Paola Rescigno, I’m 22 years old and I come from Salerno, in southern Italy. I’m currently studying Psychology (LM-51) with a focus on Human Resources, Neuroscience, and Cognitive Ergonomics at Suor Orsola Benincasa University, in Naples. My dream is to work in the field of cognitive ergonomics, helping to create digital and work environments that are more accessible, intuitive, and human-centered. I’m particularly interested in User Experience (UX), User Interface (UI) and Neuromarketing—fields where psychology and innovation come together. In my free time, I love reading, especially essays and fiction that broaden my personal and professional perspective.

    Hello everyone!
This is Burcu from Team10 from METU, Turkey. I just wanted to check your brief. I can relate where you are coming from for this brief, because also in Turkey coffee making and sharing this valuable moment with loved ones are highly important. Most importantly, I believe there are elderly people having the same problem in Turkey as well.
So I’m looking forward to seeing final outcome!
    Kind regards

Also I wanted to post this news:

In case you wonder how elderly people are connected through coffee/tea, and enjoy each other’s company.
The main problem here is completly different, it is eldely not being able to afford going out even to traditional coffeehouses in Turkey. However, it shows that how drinking coffee/tea culturally ingrained to elderly Turkish people, and they need an alternative to make it happen, continue this tradition.

    Info for Turkish Coffee:
    “The Importance of Turkish Coffee
Turkish coffee is more than just a beverage; it is a symbol of culture, tradition, and unique moments that bring people together. This heritage, spanning from the past to the present, holds a special place in our lives, contributing to health and strengthening social connections.”
