Hello Design Team 01 — what do you think about this Client Brief?

Hey Team 01, do you need any further clarification about the brief?
hope you enjoy reading it!
Xiaqing
Thank you very much for your explanation. After reviewing the briefing, we still have some questions:
The briefing mentions that elderly people use homemade food when feeding stray animals. Could you clarify the differences between this homemade food and regular cat food? Is it liquid or solid like cat food? We believe this is crucial for designing the form of the container.
Additionally, the briefing notes that elderly people face difficulties when transporting stray animals in need of rescue. Should our designed product address both the process of feeding animals and rescuing them?
Moreover, should the product focus on facilitating the elderly to carry food and feed stray animals, or on the stray animals’ eating process? If the former, we may need to design a portable feeding device; if the latter, a portable food container. Or should we integrate both functions into the product?
Lastly, we would like to know what tools the elderly in your area currently use to feed stray cats, to support our further analysis.

Hey again!
Homemade pet food today covers a wide range of stuff, including cooked meals, and even solid and liquid foods like bread or sausages soaked in broth together/separately. The product you’re designing needs to focus purely on feeding the animals, not on rescue efforts. It should be great for transporting the food and also easy for the animals to actually eat from. And no need to combine all those features into just one item, a product family might also be useful.
Currently eldery uses these items, EPS plates(usually they get some food items from market served in this, after consuming the product, the leftover plate is washed and used for this purpose.) or empty yoghurt container(after they consume yoghurt) However these methods might cause some pollutions on the streets, since they have no protection, bacteria can grow on the food.
I’m posting the photos elderly often use for giving food to stray animals in another post, apparently i cannot post on this reply.
