The family members will write the five elements of the story on them, and the old man will tell a complete story according to the tips on the cards. Judge the memory of the elderly by the completeness and details of the stories in their mouths. This method not only exercises the memory of the elderly, but also can determine the extent of their Alzheimer&#8217;s disease in the first place, and lead to more scientific treatment<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>[2]<\/strong>Prevention in the form of learning a foreign language.<br>But older people are not required to learn a foreign language to the point where they can carry on everyday conversations. All languages are difficult to learn, which will reduce the enthusiasm of older people for learning. For example, you ask him for a ripe tomato, but he brings you a cyan one. We can print a color card with the same color but the color difference and give it to them to identify.
