Based on early discussions and customer feedback, we developed the final plan.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n

Product size details and materials<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

I. Dimensions<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mouth Diameter: 80mm. The relatively large mouth diameter facilitates drinking and cleaning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Diameter: 90mm. It matches the larger mouth diameter to ensure the overall appearance is harmonious.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Thickness of the Cup Bottom: 12mm. This ensures the cup is placed stably.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Straw Diameter: 8mm, which is convenient for sipping drinks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Straw Length: 160mm<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cup Height: 130mm, making it more portable and aesthetically pleasing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cup Capacity: 300ml, meeting the need for drinking water while maintaining its good looks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

II. Details of Materials<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cup Body: Crystal-grade high borosilicate glass, featuring high transparency, excellent heat and cold preservation properties, and being resistant to huge instantaneous temperature differences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Edges of the Cup Lid and Main Structure of the Straw: Precision titanium, enhancing durability and aesthetics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Silicone Ring of the Cup Lid and Soft Structure of the Straw: Food-grade silicone rings are safe and environmentally friendly, capable of providing a tight leak-proof seal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Design points that benefit users<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Double glazing design:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

1.With cold effect: Double glass can be insulated and cold, so that users can drink cold mate tea in a certain period of time, and users will not be iced when holding the cup.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2.Inverted gourd shape: Transparent glass allows the shape of the inner layer of inverted gourd to be reflected, inheriting the characteristics of the traditional mate cup shape. The curve in the middle of the gourd also fits the curve of the user’s hand holding the cup, and it is not easy to slip.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3.Visualization: The transparent glass allows the user to see the remaining amount of drink and the position of the straw at any time, so that the user can adjust the position of the straw.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4.Easy to clean, no odor, corrosion resistance: the material of the glass is very convenient to clean, and can effectively prevent the cup from being corroded by drinks such as lemonade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lid design\uff1a<\/strong>
A circle of metal with vertical lines is added to the lid of the concave and convex mechanism, so that the user can rely on the friction brought by the lines when unscrewing the hemispherical lid to avoid the problem that the hand can not open the lid.
At the same time, when drinking mate tea, the shape of the cup cover is removed, and the traditional mate tea cup shape is also fitted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Straw soft part design\uff1a<\/strong>
A part of soft silicone material is designed in the middle of the straw, which can change the separation of the traditional mate tea cup and the straw, and the compressed shorter straw is stuck in the cup. At the same time, it can also ensure the user’s experience with the long straw.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


Detachable colander design:<\/strong>
The detachable colander at the bottom of the straw is designed to facilitate the user to clean and dredge the colander and straw even if it is blocked by tea residue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


U-shaped card slot design:<\/strong>
U-shaped card slot at the mouth of the cup, which can fix the straw in one place, avoid the user in the use of the straw pop down, but also convenient for the user to drink mate tea when the straw will not slide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2461Users put ingredients such as mate tea and ice cubes into a cup, and then add water to brew. After a short wait, the user can enjoy the mate tea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2462When the cup is carried, the user can close the lid. The long straw will be compressed inside, and the hollow inside of the gourd is curved for the user to grasp.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2463When the user cleans the cup and straw: remove the straw from the card slot, then pour out the tea residue in the cup, and rinse the cup directly with water.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
