Week 3 Activities | Review and provide a Feedback to your Clients on the Briefs

Hello everyone, it is important that all the teams as Clients have already shared your briefs with your assigned design teams. A table indicating the teams paring is in this post https://theglobalstudio.eu/2022/2022/10/05/introduction-2022-collaborators/ you will also find email for each of the listed participant (if your name is missing, please reply to this post). As clients you always should post onto your assigned design team blogs, which means that any work YOU do as the designers is posted onto your project blog. So for example, the Team 1 https://theglobalstudio.eu/2022-01/ will post their client brief onto assigned designers' project blog (the Team 8) https://theglobalstudio.eu/2022-08 Thus, the Client team 8 https://theglobalstudio.eu/2022-08 will post their brief onto their assigned Design team 1 project blog https://theglobalstudio.eu/2022-01/ When you post your brief it would be good idea to drop a friendly email to your collaborators. The Design teams should review Client's briefs provide feedback on the Brief provided by the client. As Designers from the information clients have provided, you should have a good understanding about the specific users, their context and identified issues which client have determined from talking and/or observing their users. The  Clients should have prepare materials for the designers to understand the specific cultural users context, like storyboards or short movies or other visuals, which will help the design teams to become familiar with the selected users' day to day local practices. If your clients have not provide you this information you should request it from them. The clients are the the cultural experts on the users’ practices they have spoken to and the clients will need to analyse the users practices in order to guide the designers and to evaluate their design progress. So, for example, although Client Team 02 brief https://theglobalstudio.eu/2022-02/2022/10/16/here-is-your-design-brief/ is nicely presented is lacking information about the users and the contexts the described activity is taking place. Also, the brief should have been posted on their assigned design team 15 project blog's https://theglobalstudio.eu/2022-15/ Please NOTE that is you are paired with a team from Spain you will need to complete the project before December 3rd. Therefore, this schedule should be indicated in the briefs for these teams.
