We are team 22 and our name is MishMash.
We’re are students of the master’s deree in psychology curriculum cogniticve ergonomics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The strength of our team? Being a heterogeneous group .. we have different ages, different backrounds, different characters .. but we share the same direction of study and the goal of<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is because all organizations have to deal with both predictable and unpredictable futures. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The result is certainly endless tensions and contradictions, but they cause conflict and learning and are therefore a source of creativity !!!<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

My name is Sara and I’m from Naples, Italy. I have a Technological and Scientific Fundamentals of Cognitive Psychology degree. This year I’m studying Psychology: Human resources, cognitive ergonomics, cognitive neuroscience. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the three years at university I took part in many projects such as:
I collaborated with a group of students for a ludolab subject, creating an app to encourage young people to visit Cuma\u2019s buildings thanks to the app\u2019s gamification.
Then, together with other colleagues for the ergonomics cognitive subject, I prototyped a google\u2019s extension for students-employees to better coordinate their lessons via DAD.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Generally speaking I am a good listener. I enjoy hearing new ideas and creating projects presentations, unfortunately I am not into doing public speech and interviews. However, I hope to learn more about design subjects and become used to them while working.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
