Hi! My name is Daniela, I am from Bogotá, Colombia and I am currently studying Industrial Design Engineering in Spain.
Nice to meet you! My name is Daniela Jiménez (@danielajimenez40) I’m 21 years old and I am in my last year of Engineering in Industrial Design.
I come from Bogotá which is the capital Colombia, a wonderful country known for its biodiversity, gastronomic wealth and multiculturalism.
I love my city because it is a very dynamic and creative place due to its great cultural diversity. I am never bored as I am surrounded by 58 museums, 70 art galleries, 45 theaters, more than 600 live music venues, and more than 600 buildings of historical and architectural value. This, plus the amazing food and beautiful landscapes you can find.
I believe that design is a tool that can lead society to grow in a sustainable and favorable environment, and precisely, I chose to study Industrial Design Engineering because I want to develop innovative solutions in the social and environmental fields using industrial technology.
In my free time, apart from the fact that I love to go running and watch movies, I am passionate about exploring new materials and discovering new shapes and products that can potentially be a source of inspiration for my future designs.
