  1. Hello. After receiving your brief, we find that it is a very interesting and challenging proposal, as it is a specific tradition in Turkey. Nevertheless, we have some doubts about the requirements.

    First, we would like to know what the average number of shoes that should be stored is. We understand that it is for elderly people, but we would appreciate it if you could narrow down the range of age of the target audience.

  2. Secondly, concerning the product, we would like to know if you prefer it to be an exterior or an interior shoe rack.

    Moreover, we would like to know how much space is available in order to determine the shape and dimensions of the product, and related to this, how houses in Turkey are distributed. Is there an entrance hall, or do you directly enter the living room?

  3. Finally, we were wondering about the weather. Does it rain a lot? Is it humid? What kind of shoes do you usually use: sandals, boots…? We feel like this would be valuable for the material selection and space for each shoe.
