Hello friends! We have a few questions. Firstly, does this product using for everyday life or more specific things? Secondly, if we understand right, it won’t be a digital product, right?

Hello!Let me explain this product a little more. Grandmothers often miss their children. We want to ease the grandmother’s missing about her children with this product, the main function of this product when it is launched is to hear the child’s voice and see the child’s appearance (the main function may be similar to being able to video call with the child, the presentation can be a projection or other better way). We didn’t want this product to be implemented in a mobile phone, because my grandmother was unfamiliar with the rapidly changing communication equipment, especially the smartphone would not be used at all. So another feature of this product is to have a very convenient operation, no need to be as cumbersome as a mobile phone, so that grandmother does not need to learn to use this product.
Therefore, this product is mainly used when grandmothers miss their children, and it may require the use of digital, modern methods to achieve the function of the product.

Does the solution require elderly people to be able to connect with their grandkids? Or can we design something that brings them happiness another way?

We think this product needs to be able to connect with children, but we don’t want to be through a product like a smartphone. You can adopt another and better way to design. We hope that this way will mainly focus on the theme of alleviating missing.
