First, thanks for your effort, we have some questions regarding your design brief, and we listed them above;
1- Can it be possible for you to share more photos of the user group(older people) while using that shopping cart you mentioned below, such as the ones with 4 or 6 wheels? It could be beneficial for us to see living examples from your country.
2- Can you share with us some shopping list examples to estimate what kind of food they prefer to buy from the local market? (fish, fruits/veggies, eggs, dairy products, etc.)
3- How do people prefer to store their shopping carts at their houses?
4- For material choice, what is the estimated budget for shopping carts?
5- What is the maximum shopping cart volume that your user group prefers to carry?
6- How often and how does your user group generally clean the shopping cart?
🙂
1. Hey! We are going to upload a post with more context pictures explaining the use, as we cannot insert images in the reply.

2. The main thing to buy at the market are fruits, vegetables and bread. Also, it is very common to buy cheese and ham, as well as meat and fish. It is not common to find dairy products, such as yogurt, or biscuits in these markets.
3. It is usually left on the terrace, and if it can be folded, stored in a closet.
4. An average person would not pay more than 40€, but an elder person might be willing to pay up to 65€ for greater commodity.
5. The dimensions of a common shopping cart are 40x30x105cm. An average shopping cart can resist up to 50 kg of weight, but it is not usual to put that much weight on it. An elder person will carry up to between 10 kg and 15 kg approximately.
6. Shopping carts are not usually cleaned easily. The interior is usually vacuumed, and the exterior is cleaned with a wet cloth when it gets stains.
