Final product

We offer the final version of the product.

The game has two parts. The first is the game itself with chips and cards. The second part is the site where the final journey is generated.
To demonstrate the action of our game, we have developed one direction. A string of numbers for the example acts on the site, type them on the site and click OK.
Each number corresponds to an answer to a question of the same color.

Joy Candle

After a long day of work, sitting in a cozy living room to get some rest, this Joy Candle gives a feeling of connection to mothers with their children who traveled to pursue their education far from home. Joy candles can be customized to play songs via Bluetooth speaker, display pictures on a rotary dance mode, and release a scent that evokes old memories and gives a feeling of warmth and Joy.

  • The top part is a candle, inside a glass tube that the candle keeps reforming by collecting the molten scented wax. The tube is removable and replaceable.
  • The middle part contains the rotary piece shaped as a sepal of a rose and holds petals of rose on which pictures will be inserted. They open like a rose when the device is switched on and close when turned off.
    • the petals can be electronic screens , or frames for physical pictures to be inserted on them.
  • the bottom part contains a Bluetooth speaker that plays music and can be controlled via phones and a PCB to control the rotary parts and the switch.

For the final submission, we will be sharing: 3D model & user product interaction! We will ask for your feedback to finalize our product for this project !.

Joy Candle (Initial Idea 2)

After a long day of work, sitting in a cozy living room to get some rest, this Joy Candle gives a feeling of connection to mothers with their children who traveled to pursue their education far from home. Joy candles can be customized to play songs via Bluetooth speaker, display pictures on a rotary dance mode, and release a scent that evokes old memories and gives a feeling of warmth and Joy.

Cups & Candle (Initial Idea 1)

There are two cups and one candle to provide a warm environment for coffee time. All of the pieces complete each other to emphasize family emotion. ”Cups & Candle” idea is an example and the main idea is to create a memorable object group to symbolize mother & child relations.

Hello again!

Hi, we had a meeting today and decided on what we want from you. We looked your concepts and your explanations one more time. We think Liza’s game and Evgenia’s Known Route have really interesting parts such as Known Route’s QR code thing and so on. In our opinion, if you could combine these two games, it would be really interesting at the end. Good luck!

Best wishes

Ideation Feedback!

Greetings from Team 16!

Here’s our feedback about the project generation. One of the ”concepts” that youshared with us; (Polina1) was not clear enough to understand the process of how the game works. Kindly, provide us with further details about it.

Eager to receive your feedback.

Salut!

Brief Explanation

According to the brief, let’s call it a trip pllanner set instead of limiting you guys. With the same target and the same focus, we want you to offer a design of a set that works to make planning trips easy and fun and can be given as a retirement gift to mid-age retirees.

In addition, the design is not only for our parents, it is for mid-age retirees with large pensions and plenty of free time. The target group includes people with different hobbies and interests. Few things they all have in common are: time, money, ready to travel and experience new things and they have partners (spouse our friends). Your design should be convenient for mid-age preferences (they tend to enjoy nature, historical places, and less noisy places more)

Also, https://www.angelhomes.com.tr/traditional-turkish-board-games/ here is a list of the turkish board games inluding their names and some explannation, you might find more information (in russian too) since they are known world widely.

Looking forward to hearing back! Team 16

Greetings from Team 16!

Hi! We hope you are all healthy and fine. We would like to share our design brief with you. Sorry for the late submission, our week was rough like yours 🙁 All power to your elbow, we are waiting for your feedbacks!

Hi everyone!

Hi, my name is Liza. I study Design of Architectural Environment at the Engineering Academy of RUDN University. I am a 4th year student.

I cannot imagine my life without some things, such as music, painting and reading. Also I really like camping. This kind of rest cannot leave you indifferent, because nature is an inexhaustible source of inspiration.
In short, I like to get new knowledge, impressions and crazy ideas.

Hello from Polina!

I am Polina, 4th-year design student in RUDN university (Moscow). I have many hobbies, but I prefer challenging myself with new things. I adore creating stained glass and CG painting. There is a stained-glass workshop at my university. Nowadays because of the Covid-19 I mustn’t go to university and can’t go on working there. Staying home makes me sad. In my free time I watch series on Netflix or cook something.

I love travelling. Visiting beautiful cities and remarkable landscapes, meeting new fascinating people always inspires me. I like both traveling abroad and finding new picturesque places in Russia. I don’t have a well-defined idea about my future plans yet. One thing I know for sure: I’ll continue to paint because this is the things I truly enjoy.

Taking part in this project I expect to improve my communication skills and practice English a lot. I’m interested in trying myself both as a designer and a customer.

The second time Me and the boys are in this project, because the first time gave us some fun. I hope we will take it again.

Wish you luck!
